Gym

Our fully equipped Gym includes Life Fitness cardio machines, select Hammer Strength equipment, CalGym Synergy pin-loaded weight machines and an array of free weights.

 

We also have an area equipped for powerlifting and weightlifting including squat rack, platform and bumper plates.

 

A modest kitchen is available, as well as a drink fountain, large changing rooms and shower facilities.

Gym Memberships also include the full use of the Pool and some Group Fitness Classes.
